I had a really great experience at Smile Story Medical Center. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. The clinic is extremely clean and hygienic, which is something I really value. The entire process — from booking an appointment to communication and follow-up — was very smooth and professional. I've had dental treatments before for the same gum issue, but what stood out here was their honesty and transparency. I can't thank Dr. Rishiraj and Dr. Mythreyee at Smile Story enough for the care they gave me.
