I visited Smile Story Clinic due to severe pain in my wisdom tooth. There was an infection, and I was unable to open my mouth properly, which made the situation very uncomfortable and worrying. Dr. Rishi carefully examined my condition and first put me on medication to reduce the infection and pain.
The very next day, I went in for the wisdom tooth removal. I was honestly nervous, but the entire procedure was very smooth and completely painless. Dr. Rishi handled everything with great care, confidence, and professionalism. His experience really shows, and he made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.
The overall experience at Smile Story Clinic was excellent, from diagnosis to treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received and the results.

I can’t thank Dr. Rishiraj and Dr. Mythreyee at Smile Story enough for the care they gave me. My root canal case was extremely complicated, and from start to finish, their dedication and patience were truly unbelievable. There were times when I kept asking them to just remove the tooth because of how difficult everything was, but they never gave up on me or on saving my tooth. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and were fully committed to delivering the best possible treatment. What really stood out was how closely they followed up with me afterward, always making sure I was healing correctly and properly. You can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients. The entire staff at Smile Story was also very professional, patient, and accommodating, which made the whole experience much easier. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy dental care.

I had a really great experience at Smile Story Medical Center. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. The clinic is extremely clean and hygienic, which is something I really value.

The entire process — from booking an appointment to communication and follow-up — was very smooth and professional. Even though my insurance didn’t cover dental treatments, their prices were quite affordable compared to what the other clinics I checked, and I truly felt that they offered great value.

I’ve had dental treatments before for the same gum issue, but what stood out here was their honesty and transparency. Dr Niketa explained me in detail what are the treatment options suitable for my case and I left completely satisfied with the care I received.

I’d highly recommend Dr Niketa and Smile Story Medical Center to anyone facing gum or dental issues — it’s definitely worth it!
